1. Payment in the agency / onsite
You can make your payment in local currency or EUR in the agency or onsite.
Credit card payments are also accepted in both cases.

Letter of Confirmation and Proforma Invoice
You are kindly requested not to begin any payment process before receiving an official confirmation of the registration and room reservation with title Letter of Confirmation and Proforma Invoice. Please check this letter of confirmation carefully to confirm that all the items you have requested are included. Based on this confirmation, you can start the payment procedure.
After having received full payment, Penta Congress Secretariat will issue an official Receipt and your registration will be finalised.
3. Payment by credit cards: Diners, American Express, Visa, EC/MC
Your registration and all reservations will be final when the payment is processed (instantly as online purchase).
4. Offline payment
Offline payments by bank transfer or credit cards (Diners, American Express, Visa, EC/MC) in connection with offline registrations are possible but highly discouraged and will not be accepted on regular basis.
